Great for Multiplexing
We integrated this recombinant antibody into our multiplex assays, and it performed exceptionally well. The signal quality was high, and there was no cross-reactivity with other antibodies.

Q&As

  1. What type of secondary detection methods can I use?

A: Secondary detection methods include fluorescent labeling, enzyme-linked assays (such as ELISA), and chemiluminescence. The choice depends on the specific experimental setup.

  2. How should I address non-specific binding in my assay?

A: Non-specific binding can be minimized by optimizing blocking conditions and using stringent wash steps. Reducing antibody concentrations may also help.

  3. Can this antibody detect low-abundance proteins?

A: Yes, but detecting low-abundance proteins may require optimization of assay conditions, including increased antibody concentrations or enhanced detection systems.
